Business Situation
The customer is implementing Oracle EBS and wanted the business users to be geared up for the implementation & then later usage of the ERP project. The customer wanted to get the business users understand the benefits of the Oracle EBS Implementation benefits.
Solution
First, VELCOM team conducted the audit with the business users to assess their current level of ERP readiness and drafted the action plan to fix the (skill / attitude) gaps for the ERP project. VELCOM team reviewed the blueprint (business requirement) document along with the business users to ascertain the actual business requirements to be addressed by the Oracle EBS Implementation in the current phase (Phase 1) & at later stage.
