About Customer

Manufactures of Internal Combustion Agricultural Engines, the Company commenced its commercial production in the year 1998 and started marketing its products. They are also import agriculture equipments from various countries and distributing with small modification in the spares based on the Indian condition. The products has been well received both in the Indian and International markets. The company operates through a strong Distributor / Dealer network and has its presence felt in all the major states in India. The company with its state of the art Research & Development lab, fully automated assembly and testing line, and its zest for innovation strives to give the market the best.

Business Situation

The customer has implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV version 4.0 for its Financial & SCM operations. But the company hasn’t realized the ERP benefits and has the following challenges

  • Limited knowledge & usage of product across organization
  • MIS doesn't meet organization requirements
  • System was not configured for multi-company, multi-location scenario
  • No structured training was provided to end users, IT & management
  • Risk of high dependence on IT dept for the functioning of ERP
  • All branches are not connected for ERP
