Business Situation

One of the IT services company’s customer, a bank in Saudi Arabia was implementing Oracle EBS HRMS suite and wanted the IT services company to provide testing services for the project. This company engaged VELCOM to understand the requirement, come out with the right approach, goal setting, validate the business blueprint, TCO & proposal for this opportunity.

Solution

VELCOM team conducted a brief study to understand the bank’s business requirements through multiple interviews & discussions. Based on that, VELCOM came out with the right approach, goals, TCO plan and the proposal for this project.

The bank is in the process of evaluating & finalizing the right Oracle EBS HRMS Implementation vendor and the testing project would start once the implementation project engagement commence.
